Inches/360° Calculator
Same as cm/360 — in inches, for our US friends.
Distance is the physical mouse travel needed for one full 360° in-game rotation. Lower number = faster aim.
Inches/360° vs cm/360°
Inches/360° is the same idea as cm/360°, just in imperial units. It's common shorthand in US gaming circles and on older mouse-sensitivity sites. Multiply by 2.54 to convert inches to cm; divide cm by 2.54 to go the other way.
Reference ranges
- Snipers / arm-aimers 16 – 31 in
- Tactical rifle 10 – 16 in
- Tracking shooters 6 – 10 in
- Wrist-aimers 3 – 6 in
Which unit should you use?
Functionally it doesn't matter — same metric, same answer. Use whichever your community uses. Most analysts and aim coaches in 2026 have moved to cm/360° (it's slightly more granular and matches how mousepads are sized), but inches/360° remains common in COD and older arena-shooter circles.
